Our New Year-Round Program
A consistent Commitment
Our holistic connection to our students and families has always been central to our work. Following our recent strategic plan, we have decided to formalize our expansion into year-round programming.
Horizons at SFFS is much more than a summer program. We are committed to supporting our families and students year-round with academic and enrichment activities along with workshops and events.
Over the next three years, we plan to ramp up our year-round wraparound supports to include:
Parent academic support workshops
Virtual 1:1 tutoring for grades 3-5 and small group tutoring for grades 6-8
Extracurricular resource fairs for all students and families
Aftercare provider referrals
Subsidized enrichment opportunities
Mentorship opportunities with college students
